Cale's path and background couldn't be further from most admissions consultants. Instead of getting admitted to his dream ivy league school, he was rejected. However, he stuck with mastering the application process and ended up earning over $130k in scholarship money to attend a state school for free. Instead of working for the admissions office right out of college and staying in the "college bubble", he has had many different internships and jobs that span sales, marketing, and software engineering. Cale's mastery of the application process enabled him to get opportunities that seamed impossible, like landing an internship as a software developer for AWS when he only took one programming course and was declared as a business major. Over the last 7 years, Cale has been joyfully passing on these teachings to dozens of other students every year to help them achieve what they thought was not possible.

Relatable

Forming trust and a relationship with each student Cale works with is essential. Crushing the application process involves finding the right applications, picking the right ideas to present, and communicating those ideas in the best way. Picking the right ideas is the hardest component and it is his responsibility to draw out those ideas and put them to action. Cale is phenomenal at this because his range of experiences allows him to better understand his students passions and push them further. Cale has been passionately involved in: Cross Country, Track, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Wakeboarding, Snowboarding, Skateboarding, Soccer, Gymnastics, Robotics, Computer Science, Marketing, Education, Entrepreneurship, Music Production, Painting, Investments, Health Care, Mechanical Engineering, Toy Inventing, Physics, Math, Community Service, Writing, Sustainability, Fishing, Sales and Triathlons. Cale believes that every dream, hobby, culture, belief, job, and subject is amazing if you take the time and energy to understand it. His mindset and breath of experiences is why he is incredibly relatable and effective at helping his students pick and develop their best ideas.

Systematic

There are many systems Cale teaches his students through their journey of the college admission process and he also shows how every one of these systems can be leveraged and modified, and enhanced as they embark on applying for internships and jobs in their future. Nothing Cale teach's is magic, but among the vast amount of "information overload" in the college admission process coupled with dozens of tight deadline a clear systems approach is invaluable. Cale loves removing the clutter and gives his students precise step-by-step instruction.
